Hi I have just bought 5 corn on the cobs for my chooks ::), The question im asking is do i have to cook them or are they ok to eat raw? thanks in advance

raw is fine, my cheeky little madams stole mine that I was growing last year whilst they were still attched to the plant  :mad:  :lol:

hang it up on a string almost out of reach so they have to stretch for it.  It will keep them entertained for ages.

im gonna have to steel that tip,  my girls love corn on the cob, they can strip it in seconds, so making them work for it will keep there brains working, thanks aunt sally     nickyx

Or it will just give their legs more exercise, develop their muscles even more and enable them to jump higher than ever  :lol: Not going to encourage my girls any more, it would cost me a fortune to make their run higher

I couldn't find my labrador ....... she was shut in the run eating the corn on cob I had hung up for chooks. They were  stuck outside and am convinced they were berating her!
