Title: Newbie!

Hello guys and gals,

I have bagged myself an allotment, full plot+. And have just returned from my jollies taking the Essential Allotment Guide as my reading material! Which of course has led me to join up here! I also have the month to month one when the time comes!

I am logging and recording what I do as I go! It will probably make a fantastic what not to do guide! Initially I am sure I will be troubling you all at every hurdle but it is something I have wanted to take on for some time! So hopefully I will be of use in the future!

Very into diet and nutrition so this is another step improving that for me personally!

Hello Knoll and welcome! I hope you really enjoy setting up your new plot and growing plenty of things to eat. You could keep a diary here if you like too.

Hi and welcome  :) 

Growing your own veg is not so hard and most crops can cope with the odd newbie mistake.  Good job or none of us would have ever grown anything  ;)

Thanks all, yeah I will continue reading up! Watching YouTube diaries and reading the boards! I will get there!

I have the work rate and the time, just lack the knowledge!

I may well do a diary on here too when I have some more work done.
