Title: Cheshire cheese recipe

Hello all,

I am looking for a Cheshire  cheese recipe, it seems to me that everybody who have the recipe are holding on to it like a top secret!
Would there be anybody out there who are willing to share the recipe for Cheshire cheese with me? I would really appreciate it indeed. I have made several cheeses before like Cheddar, Edam, Feta, Halloumi and Recotta. Attached is a photo of my cheese I made this weekend.
