Hello! Thanks for asking :-)
She's back from the vets and has finished a course of antibiotics. The running nose has stopped but she does still have the occassional sneeze and is quite wheezy. I think she is just a poorly little soul.
I also think she may have been suffering from sour crop and as she has a really low appetite so I've been syringe feeding her bio-live yogurt for the last 3 evenings - and making a tasty (?!) concoction of corn, dried mealworms and live yogurt for her to pick at.
I'm hoping that she is taking a turn for the better now as yesterday evening before bed she had quite a full crop that felt fairly 'grainy' (previously it was empty or soggy) and she was up with the others early this morning tucking into warm layers mash.
I'll keep giving her special attention!
All the chooks are now getting garlic in food and dashes of apple cider cider vinegar in their water and all doing well! (touch wood!) :-)

Does the bio yogurt seem to be helping?
I've heard that it is good for all sorts of ailments, but not sure HOW it helps!
Hope she is still improving

I'm not too sure how it's helping (live cultures and all that stuff I think?....I'll be buying her Actimel next!) but she does seem to have a healthier feeling crop so it could well be a result of the yougurt.
She's still looking rather sorry for herself but she's up and about and eating a little so I won't be sending her to the great chicken house in the sky just yet.
I just really hopes she gets to enjoy a summer...such horrible damp weather for them at the mo and my garden is becoming a mud pit!
