Argyllie i can tell you Poppy is only ever happy in a picture if shes dirty!  Poo, mud, water, swamp if shes in it shes smiling - revolting creature that she is :D

:D That sounds just like my Poppy! :D She comes back Collie-coloured, an alternative description for muddy from head to toe, and looking very happy indeed when she finds somewhere very dirty to get into.

Love your pics :D

My two are Cherry a cream lucher and Jack the chocolate Labrador. Both are rescued and both are around 8 1//2. jack is blind, but manages very well, his favourite pastime is retrieving BIG things from water! Cherry thinks he's round the twist to even think about going in water

I hope you have an open fire, with Jack's enthusiasm for tree trunks!!

Will never forget my old lab/GSD cross running round the park with a dumped Christmas tree in his mouth.

Thank you both, sadly no open fire here, although we could have collected enough wood to build a log cabin!
yes those are sausages, their favourite toy as well as favourite treat. :D

They're lovely too Nicki! :D Both look very wise which isn't always what you might expect from a Spaniel!  :D ::)

Thank you  :tongue2:

The Spaniel is probably the cleverest dog I know!  She has done agility and obiedence in her time and managed to get her gold kennel club award for being such a good dog!  She is 12 now, 13 this year, those photos were taken last year.  I love her to bits

The cat is probably the most daft cat ever, he is a Ragdoll and has no self preservation skills.  He is really an indoor cat but goes out for a few hours in nice weather.  He spends most of his time rolling on his back padding his big paws into the air asking for a belly stroke.... Odd Ball!

The collie is Oliver, an elderly gent of 15, and the young gun is called Indiana - because he explores and gets into trouble

lovely dogs Mazzie and Rhiannon, I am looking for another giant breed rescue puppy (needs to be a puppy as female Neapolitan Mastiffs don't take too kindly to another adult female joining the group) but these are few and far between as giant breed puppies fetch too much money sadly - still one will come along in time.

Joyfull - have a browse of the Three Counties Rescue (I don't do techy things like links!) - at present  they have a Neapolitan girl & also a mastiff

Here is Mindy and Barney, both retired racers, the brown one on the left is Barney who sadly died a few years ago, and the one on the right is Mindy who is currently asleep on my feet  ::) She is a tuff one and has recently fought off cancer and diabeties :D :D
