I love this thread and this forum. I only joined yesterday and already I know how to make my own paper pots and, even better, my own Baileys

I can't believe I've just sat here totally hooked for an hour and a half by all your lovely pet photos.

Here's our rescue baby. We've had her for 8 years and she's still scared half to death by anything new, so god knows what happened to her before she was rescued by the CPL. She's spent most of the winter in this spot. In fact we were beginning to think she'd melted onto the rad!

Well she has certainly got it made, but I know what you mean about their former lives. Our little fella had had broken ribs and a broken jaw before we got him and he is still wary of men. He barked at John non stop for 2 days when we got him. Still he has a good life now so thats making up for the past as I am sure your lovely cat thinks the same.

Our Neapolitan mastiff is a right scardy thing - if something has been moved in the yard she barks at it like it's an intruder (she's just the same with visitors) and we've had her since she was 8 weeks old - she was born in a rescue centre and apparently her mum was just the same so she must have inherited it from her.
