Is he a big softie, and allow you to tickle his belly, or does he do that to lure you in, then attack?!!

he's stretched out now and i walked past and rang my finger right up his belly (while making a silly noise  ). He didn't even wake up. i have to check he's still alive sometimes, the only thing that bothers him is the vac. He's lovely and a little odd- won't eat fish and when i caught him in the bin he wasn't eating the meat scraps, he was eating courgette
