Of an evening Freya likes to assist me on the computer, while Merlin prefers to sleep in wee Evies garden seat

Merlins a big softie and Freya has only just found out sitting on my knee is nice ::) she's the one every visitor wants to pet but up until 6 months ago she ran every time people came near, it's only taken her 7 and a half years to realise we wont hurt her :D

They're all Cat Protection cats.  Merlin and Pandora (she's the black in the pic of Freya) are siblings we got them in 2001.  Pandy was the timid one but after a few years she comes to family.

The following year we got Loki and Freya, they're siblings too.  Loki is ginger and a tart  like Merlin   The people who were going to have Freya decided they didn't like her, so she came home with us :D  She was painfully timid but after 8 years she's fine with us, I think it was wee Evie who got her calmed down.  So now every night she sits on my knee, Freya that is, purring away quite the thing :D :D :D

They're also very vocal, which surprises everyone who visits, well you have to be in our house ::)

Its his Ipod - hes been listening to a few selected tunes, but I have deleted "Hound Dog", "Bark at the Moon" and "Who let the Dogs Out".

Just couldnt cope with his mates partying at 1am

Interesting names, evie2

We had Shiva and Kali cats years ago. Then we went Roman with Caligula (he had little white boots) and Claudipus - geddit? :)

We recently moved and the cats had a very tiring time playing in the boxes and 'helping'

   love the names John and the photo :D

We had decided on names for all of ours before we got them but they just didn't suit them, so we just waited for their personalities to show.

Pandora was easy, she kept disappearing up the chimney, behind the sofa and in boxes

Merlin, her brother, has always been very laid back, looks after all of them and is the daddy of the family :D

Loki is ginger, cheeky, loving, a baby, always finds even the tiniest ray of sun and is very, very mischievous  ::)

Freya, his sister is beautiful and soft, now she's decided she loves fusses life is wonderful :D

I think some of our cats are badly named..

Dexter (the serial killer) is as soft as a brush. He's a gentle giant lover, not a fighter.

Mr Squeak is the most bad tempered, growling, hissing cat you ever met. I love him to bits.

Lotty (in the picture) is the most determined, strong but sweet cat. She's got this little pyramid cat tent into which she has taken her toys and anything else she fancies pinching. Including a sock she ran off with as I was getting ready for bed. :)
