Ok makes sense, thanks for that. Its safe to cut side shoots even then they that developed right?
And for the forked ones, both now have the start of tomato flowers growing on them but I think I will trim them as well to stick to having one main stem.
So why has this cordon variety decided to make to stems out fo interest?
