                  Well you are going to have a problem trying to make this :shock:  The Belgium raspberry wheat beers are usually called lambic beers. They are peculiar to a certain area of Belgium, and are brewed differently from normal beer. The main difference being that after boiling the wort is cooled in shallow open vessels in the loft of the brewery & wild yeast is is welcomed into the wort, to start fermentation.Not a practice available to the home brewer :oops:  They also age the beer in wine barrels usually old sherry or whisky ones, got any of these kicking around? The beers are then flavoured with cherries for Kriek beer or raspberries for framboise beer. So not too easy to replicate at home i`m afraid.
