Very heavy rain for 20 minutes last night and it's much fresher this morning. Sunny with patchy cloud and a stiff breeze keeping everything moving, I'd be happy if it stayed like this.

Lots of fluffy clouds scudding across the blue sky - cool 13ºC Met Office reckons rain possible, they may as well say 'Your guess is as good as mine' which makes you wonder what they do on those super computers all day.

I've been saying this for years, and we're supposed to believe their climate predictions for far in the future?
When I opened the curtains it was brilliant sunshine, now it's cloudy and with that strong breeze it seems it's about April out there

Just been for a walk down to the beach lovely in the sun the winds got a bit of a nip in it.

We had a nice enough day until late this afternoon when the cloud that had been on and off all day took over.  It got pretty blowy for a time and the wind had a cold edge to it.  Eventually around teatime we had a bout of rain.

After spending ages this afternoon with umpteen cans to water everything that looked sad on the plot, it has now decided to rain  Just typical

Yesterday we had a mix of sunshine, rain and hail. I mean a mix - it was bright sunshine making the polytunnel hotter than Georgia whilst I couldn't listen to the radio on headphones for the pounding rain on the tunnel!
Today is cold @ 10ºC, raining and breezy. Ahh, the Welsh summer is here!

Spent most of yesterday putting washing on the line and then bringing it back in again.  Today is very breezy with sunny spells, so far the rain has held off. It's warm out of the wind but on the chilly side in it.

Got back yesterday from a week away in Herefordshire expecting to spend the afternoon watering the garden after what looked to have been a very dry week here.

It had been, but for once, a few of the many showers around actually graced my garden with their presence - not a lot in total but very welcome just the same.

Today is bright, breezy and pleasantly warm out of the wind (19C)

Muggy - and alternating between drizzle and heavy showers. Windows are open to let the fresh air in but the jumper is on to keep the cold away

We have another Spring morning with sun and scudding clouds, but forecast is for heavy showers by lunchtime.
I'd better get a shift on and water in the greenhouses, then

Bit of a cool start, especially in the breeze but it's supposed to improve as the day goes on.
