Pork with barbecue sauce, leftover from yesterday, with sweetcorn, peas and baby new potatoes.

There's leftover chilli that will probably find it's way into a nuked spud.

Apparently, it's Chinese style chicken mince.  The spice mix is very strong smelling, I hope it mellows out a bit when added to the mince. It's served with lettuce and we have some new     potatoes left over from last night.

Cancelled yesterdays plans, it was just too hot and made do with a sandwich. Chilli and a spud back on the menu for tonight.

I've got some defrosted mince, and just brought home sweetcorn, a few beans and a huge cabbage (donated) from the plot.
I think I'll bung the mince and some of each veg into the wok add some spices and that'll be my effort for the day.....

Half the allotment stir fry here as well - shredded cabbage, cucumber, spring onions and peppers from the greenhouse with pork strips.  Had rice with it  :)

I've been saving an M&S steak pie for when it was more sensible to put the oven on ... Mash and cabbage to accompany  :tongue2: It's family sized so hopefully I can get a couple of days meals out of

Leftover pie and mash. Family size is a bit optimistic and it's somewhat light on meat but it's not bad for a supermarket own brand effort.
