If you mean an electronic one the general opinion is that unless you spend a lot of money on it they are not worth buying. The cheap litmus paper type stocked by most garden centres will probably be more accurate.

Oh yeah litmuss paper would do thanks  :) Completely forgot the acid/alkali colours what way does the papergo? :wub: it's been a while since chemistry class!!  ::)
