Instead of heating the whole of my greenhouse I have a ‘hot-box’ in one corner. It has a 120watt heater under the bottom slatted shelf. One side and the back are boarded and lined with aluminium foil (to reflect light). Currently the top and the other side are covered with bubble-wrap (fixed) and the front has a removable bubble-wrap ‘curtain’.  All of the bubble-wrap is now disintegrating and I need to replace it.
Has anyone got a similar set-up? I am wondering if I should use twin-wall polycarbonate sheets; would they be cheaper in the long run i.e. last a lot longer or stay with bubble-wrap?

Twin wall PC, assuming it's UV stabilised, is likely to last longer as you say.  In addition to the cost factor, how much easier or harder would a large piece of inflexible PC be to manoeuvre in a restricted space?

I don't have this set-up, so can't comment from experience.
