 Hello does any one know what this is every time I try to send a text message with a picture it says converting to MMS does any one know how to get MMS messaging off please without using technical gobbledy gook that phone companies just been sending me    jezza

As far as I know you can't send photos as an attachment to a text message without converting it to MMS, for which my mobile phone provider at least charges a handsome premium (i.e. not included in your SMS text allowance.)

Your should be able to set your texting app to never convert to MMS, but then you would need to send your photos by another means (email, social media app like Whatsapp.)

Are you on Android or iPhone? The process to turn it off will be different.

On iPhone it is Settings - Messages - MMS Messaging On/Off
