Is it too late to put potatoes in?

I've got some Nicola and some King Edwards with 1" long shoots on them, and an empty bed that im rotavating at weekend.
Family life has taken priority lately so the potatoes didn't get put in, just wondering if it's worth the effort.
If not i'll find something to go in it.

If you don't plant them they will never grow.

You may not get a fabulous crop from them but you will get something

Have a go :)

I know what your saying auntie, but i'll only be rotavating if im putting spuds in.

Otherwise i won't bother an just put more squashes or corn in and put manure on top.

You're about a month late with them but the soil should be nice and warm and the autumns seem to be getting warmer so I'd go for it :)

Ok,

You've all convinced me.
Like you said Auntie, if i don't plant them then they won't grow, i suppose some crop is better than none.

Thanks Andy

Yep, thanks from me Aunty
Youve convinced me to use a spare bed for my leftover eddies  :)
