This is Molly my rescue cat - I'm not allowed to touch her yet, but at least she has stopped hiding under the bed  :nowink:

She is gorgeous. I love grey cats. I had a beautiful silver semi longhaired one I brought home. She lived in an old volvo in a big mechanics yard. She had a day or two under the bed as well. :nowink:

I'm not feeling quite as happy this morning, as she has kept me awake all night  ???

It was like having a colicky baby again  and of course now I'm up she's gone under the bed and back to sleep. I tried to sleep some more but it didn't work  :(
Maybe I'll get a catnap later on ..........................

Oh dear. Mine did that too. I did a night shift a few days after she arrived and she was particularly dreadful for my OH. He was up all night and saying she could go back if she was going to keep that up. Hope you get a chance to rest later today.

Glad Molly has appeared now --- she looks beautiful and will be good company I'm sure, when she has stopped meowling in the night  :nowink:

Thanks for the picture  :D

Bless. We had months of being woken by playful, chrruping kitten at 3am, not yelling, as we can't shut the bedroom door for various reasons he has free run. We thought he was so cute the first time he managed the wooden stairs...so high for tiny kitten. That wore him out and he could be put back in his box downstairs.

But as soon as he found out we were on the bed, another epic climb and he made it! And that was is....so cute and then not funny when play/kneading/sucking on any limb available kicked in. OH started to bring all animals downstairs so I could sleep...being a man he can sleep anywhere.

Now the battle is keeping him off the kitchen units. A syringe of water is always to hand....but you can hear him at night, lightfooted he aint!

Hoping castration in a month will settle him down.

Good luck with your little grey cat, I'm sure it will be worth the sleepless nights. But a playmate might help her settle, could post you a nice little ginger and white boy tomorrow......
