Lettuce should i move
« on: January 18, 2014, 21:36 »
My vertical gardening gutters were cleared out down to the soil at the end of last year but low and behold 10 lovely lettuce have sprouted from no- where they are big enough to transplant, should i move to the tunnel or give up as they have no hope.

Seems a shame to not try.

I can always manage to overwinter lettuce in a cold frame with the use of lots of fleece.
