Title: New to the Allotment Scene
Post by: Mophair on January 12, 2018, 10:00
Hi Everyone, just wanted to introduce myself as a new grower and member. Finally been allocated an Allotment in Norwich Norfolk.
I've been deep in research during the winter and I'm looking forward to this new challenge (and a challenge it will be moving up from Tomatoes and a few container plants).

Hello, and welcome,
You've got your plot at the perfect time, right at the beginning of a whole growing season.  Hopefully it's not in too bad a condition, and you'll soon be ready for the "off".

Hi there, you could start a gardeners diary on here to record your progress. Good to look back on how far you’ve come when the going gets tough, & it will, even after many years those of us that have had plots for a long time still struggle 😊

Hello mophair and welcome  :D

Hope you have taken photos of your plot before you start work on it, as once you start you soon forget how it used to be  :nowink:
