Kids are so picky these days.

They are, but i tried one after telling them they were fine and to get it eaten.

We threw them all away as they were, and i kid you not, Absolutely Disgusting

Find a 'nice' film on the box, arrange your recepticles and utensils around you, peel all the cloves, pop into a kitchen zizzer and press the resultant mush into ice cube trays and freeze.  When you want garlic just pop out a block and away you go.    Make sure you don't use the G & T ice cube tray !     Cheers,    Tony.

I must admit that I have never thought about the smell as when I took on my two plots I brought a small second hand chest freezer and keep all my veg in there.  Today I did another roll of garlic butter and even though I have washed my hands twice I still smell strongly of garlic.
