Hello everyone,   
I thought I would break away from our (my) usual beer curry recipe and try something else.  So I Gurgled and looked at a few, after the cook telling us that the recipe had been in the family for a century or more and it had sustained the expidition up the Irawaddi, through the Hundu Cush or to the south pole...  sixteen pages later we get to the recipe and it isn't much different from the ones I've just read!

Apart from choosing to add slightly different quantities of the spices, perhaps varying which spices you add, there isn't much else you can d with a curry, is there
