With the sun burning everything to a crisp here in tropical Blackpool my first batch of Padron peppers were ready for the pan ;)
lightly fried in extra virgin oli oil wth a sprinkling of sea salt and a pint of pimms to wash them down (with added home grown strawberry's, cucumber and mint)
