Lavender it’s in a pot on my balcony it’s two years old this year has partly flowered is it where it’s positioned It’s been there since March this year

It gets four hours of sun each day I meant to say

Has it by any chance flowered on the side that’s up against the railings? If so I think you have your answer, the side away from the railings isn’t getting enough light/sun. So I’d turn it 45 degrees every few days.
