We used to have a few tumblers. They live to tumble. A few would fly so high and tumble so much that they'd forget that ground existed and literally slammed into the earth. A mess to clean up so we didn't get more. A few hawks picked off the rest which don't pay attention to predators. Of late we have a big red hawk which lands on our coop extension hoping for a free buffet, but no luck.
As for pigeon poo, I have to fight off my mother for it. She's forever asking for many bags of it for her fruit bushes and young trees. I wouldn't begrudge it but it's my only source of poo lately. She's on a farm and has neighbours who bring in manure spreader loads of cow poo for her gardens.   :D
