Is it alright to use turnip and radish tops in stirfry? Also,are rocket and radish brassicas,ditto beetroot and spinachbeet and siss chard,also lettice?

Turnips, rocket & radish are brassicas.

Beetroot, spinach beet and swiss chard are different forms of the same plant but are not brassicas. Lettuce is not related to any of these and is not a brassica.

and to answer your other question, yes you can use the greens from the turnips and radishes.
