Evening all
My husband has been down to lock up the coop and found an egg that he described as squashed, it was a fully formed but just looked like it had been squashed and was very light. Unfortunately he's dropped the egg and broke it but still fetch the shell in side to show me. I obviously couldn't tell what shape it had been but it felt like tissue paper and smelt really funny. I know which chicken has laid it and recently she's been laying two eggs a day. Is this something to worry about? I know its difficult without seeing the egg.
