Just a thought that when any rain comes it may be a good idea to check that drains, guttering, etc are free of dead leaves and other debris so they won't flood.
-
Rivers here are so overgrown, hopefully it will be a gentle pitter patter as the land is so dry to take it in.
-
The amount we've had here in South Wales today wouldn't come halfway up an ants leg!
-
It's been raining here for much of the day, and good stuff too - not too torrential (the County Council and Tunbridge Wells BC are in schtuck because of irregular maintenance), and for the first time in a month, we're just about comfortable!
It had to rain didn't it, because yesterday, Mrs Growster bought me some re-chargeable shears and some bits for my bike..:0(

Yes! Only really enough to lay the dust, but still gratefully received. No more in the morning, thank you - Beer Festival and we get a good turn out and lots of pennies for Bloodwise with a sunny morning and a not too hot afternoon.

Now! Right now!!! I've even been out in it and there are huge puddles.... but I don't think it'll last that long. Better than nowt and the first we've seen since 23rd May
-
2 minutes of little drops..didn't even make it off the roof. next rain due 29th
-
At least you have had a few drops, or more. We haven't seen any since the early part of May.
That was when I did the "Wet and Forget" and it hasn't rained since, but I take no blame. Greater forces than I. Mrs Bouquet

May was when the rain seemed to tail off here and we've had virtually nothing until last week when there were a couple of days with some steady rain. Tell you what to do. Put a load of washing out then go away for the day!
-
I have just looked at the local long range forecast, and there is nothing, not even a tiny little drop. Mrs Bouquet

Well, I keep a rain chart and we have had no rain at all here in Clacton on Sea since May 30th when we had 13mm of rain. So you know where to go for the hols. :D
-
Nothing since 7th June here, they are forecasting possible heavy thunder showers on Friday, if it does happen at all no doubt it will run off the top!
-
Waterbutts had difficulty filling as rain could not get down the downpipes quick enough. Very windy with the heavy downpours.
-
25mm overnight including the thunderstorm.
