most of you will know that we were downsizing on our chooks due to me expecting. sadly at my 20 week scan they found severe spina bifida and hydrocephalus and i had to have a medical termination. it was a little boy and he had my nose. needless to say, we were gutted.
then two weeks later my father in law suddenly died in india and we have been away to deal with the funeral and other arrangements for the last 3 weeks.
while we were away, the police found the chap who had stolen our chooks and we later found out he had killed them for the pot
he has been dealt with and the case closed.`
on the up side, i came home to find two boxes with 'happy anniversary' written on them and one containing 4 white columbian brahma chicks whilst the other had 5 white jersey giant chicks.
hubby had got them at auction for me...
