covering up for winter
« on: December 03, 2022, 14:04 »
when I went outdoors this morning, I thought it's getting colder, it dawned on me I must lag those pipes in greenhouses and the poly tunnel before the winter sets in and they freeze up so that's the next job on my list to do asap

Don't have that problem.   However my geraniums are still going strong so I've moved the pots into the greenhouse, if they survive the winter all well and good but if not I won't worry.

Lagged pipes, tipped smelly water out of big plant trays, swept leaves, and took some things into (unheated) greenhouse.   They've got two chances.   I have also turned off outside water today.  Mrs Bouquet
