Title: Bulk supply of multi-purpose compost

 ???Does anyone know of a supplier of multi-purpose compost in bulk (I need a pallet or more) who will deliver to me on the wild west coast of Scotland?  I need good quality, inexpensive compost for various growing needs, as well as some seed compost.  I have been looking online with no success.  Here's hoping for some helpful tips.  Thanks!! :(

I often use this company (they deliver my compost with my winter coal delivery  :D )

I usually use the Murphy's and it's on B2GOF now.

Their website doesn't say they won't deliver to Scotland

B and Q did do bulk compost on their website for about £80earlier in the year it could be worth calling your local store if it is still available.

Thanks for all the tips - I'll follow them up.  My nearest B and Q is 130 miles away! And I don't think they deliver to this area, but I may be able to pursuade them if the order is big enough.

If nobody will deliver direct, I'd give your custom to your nearest shop and ask what they could do.  Or, there's always a man / woman with a van heading one way full and the other half empty.  Folks running businesses in rural areas are very resourceful ...... but, you'll know that even better than me!

I've followed up some of the suggestions, and the creative garden ideas website looks the most likely - they are doing a 3 for 2 offer on multi-purpose and they will deliver free!  At least that's how it looks, but I haven't got as far as the ordering and paying bit yet!  Good suggestion about getting someone to come back with a van load for me - folk do operate on that basis around here.  The problem is getting the compost cheap enough to start with!  Thanks again.  Lesley

Same here, though one year they did mess me around a bit.
