Hi all

Has anyone got any photos of melons seedlings which they could post? Its just so i can check the progress of mine as im not sure that they are doing that well.

Beth,  I'm intreagued ? to find out just what yours look like.


I'm growing three types/varieties.  Sweetheart, Malali and this un-named water melon.

Thanks Tony. I think mine have gone leggy. Seem to be having the same problem with all my seedlings.

Where and how are you growing them?  Legginess normally indicates insufficient light.  If you're growing them indoors, try placing the seedlings right next to the window and putting a piece of aluminium foil behind the tray to reflect light back onto them
