In todays Daily Mirror they are saying that from Saturday they are giving away 5 packs a day for 5 days.  All have to be collected from Sommerfield.

Saturday - cabbage, carrot, cauli, spring onion & toms
Sunday - bedding plants
Monday - Perrenials
Tuesday - Basket & container plants
Wednesday - Herbs and salads

I have a Sommerfield quite local but don't really need any, but might check them out anyway to see what the sow by dates are, sure to need some for next year.

got my veg seeds, all sow by 2011, so glad I did.  all 100+ seeds too, I thought they might just be packets of 10 or something like that.

Do they just come with the paper or are the seperate?

I got the token on Saturday, but my local Somerfield didn't do the seeds unfortunately.

Theres a token in the paper you have to take to somerfield and they give you the seeds.
