Are they in the ground or in pots / modules?  If in modules or pots, how large are the modules / pots, and how long have they been in the compost.

If they've been in the same relatively small modules for some time, the compost may well be exhausted and they need a feed.  I'd suggest a balanced fertiliser - probably a liquid one e.g. maxicrop.

'Balanced' means that when you look at the label, you will see three letters : N P K, followed by some numbers - which are all fairly similar e.g. 7 7 7 .

If they are in the ground, it might just be the cold, but you could always apply a balanced fertiliser - either liquid as above, or solid e.g. growmore or fish blood and bone
