It looks like a poppy but has this lovely seed head (I think, but it could be the flower bud). I think it came in a packet of mixed bee friendly flower seeds.

I love them,they remind me of the orange ice lollies we had as children I have some this year called Jelly Beans,can't wait to see the colours.

They have lovely grey-ish divided leaves and you can get all sorts of lovely colours in both single and semi-double flowers.
