How are you going to mill it?
When I was living in the middle east someone in the family had a quern stone but making them was already a lost art and you couldn't buy one anywhere for love nor money.

I'm thinking of growing wheat for chicken feed, still a good idea to underplant with clover though.  :thumleft:

there are serveral mills near where i live, there is eling tide mill which i shall ask first then there is a windmill out near burseldon and there is a national trust mill near winchester that is supposed to mill a sac of grain for a £1 but i still need to verify this, i will also be growing some chicken feed on a differnt plot, though this isnt too much of huge priority as i havent got the chickens yet.

though i did spend the weekend cultivating the ground on which this is all going to grow 28 rods of allotment.
