Hello dear friends

anyone know where I can get some suitable UV blocking material to make a canopy for my pergola? I am shocked at the prices being asked! I would like to make my own retractable one, cos I am fairly good at making things - just can't seem to source some good material. We made a 3.6m squared pergola in the autumn, and now I need to add some shade. We are growing clematis up the front, but that won't be sufficient.

any ideas?
