Yesterday was traditional roast lamb, potatoes & parsnips with a bit of leftover mash, roast veg-aubergine,onion,mushrooms,peppers, gravy

Tonight will be leftovers of either the lamb, some home cooked ham, or a beef casserole that hasn’t made it to the freezer

Yet another shopping where there's no stock of frozen cauliflower or broccoli and no chunky mixed veg. Is it just ocado and waitrose ? It's left me in a pickle again veggie wise.  Im having to resort to Friday's fish and chips tonight as everything else is going to need to be rejigged.

I think we have all the veg lines freely available at work.  Not sure why they are out.

HM tomato, bean and pepper soup and cheesy garlic bread here tonight.

More cheese to use up, so today it's a cheese, onion and tomato flan - peas and chips to go with it?
