somethings eating my buddliea leaves,the leaves have yellow bits over the top and little holes.

is it caterpillars?? They love buddlea's - not as much as they love my brassicas though.
Might help if you can put pics on - i havent a clue how you do it but theres a guide on the info pages (sorry think they are named help topics)

Buddleia is commonly known as the Butterfly Bush and I expect you will have noticed many butterflies will have been drawn to it, so yes I expect Titch is right and one of the caterpillars will be the cause.  Good luck with the pics.  Mrs Bouquet

here is one sick looking leaf from my buddliea. its only a young plant.
