Organic feeds etc

We have access to 2yr old horse manure, fresh chicken manure, cut grass, comfrey and nettles. We are growing pretty much everything, so I would like some advice on the best ways to use them.

We have been digging in a lot of the manure into the ground.

2 year old horse manure, lucky you!

I'd just mulch with it. I don't go in for digging any more

Chicken manure (and fresh horse muck) is good for making hot beds with.
Grass cuttings can be used as mulch, especially recommended for no dig potatoes

Don't really know how to use comfrey or nettles though I have lots of one and a great sea of the other
