I've got a few in the garden but now flower spikes are done and producing seeds  ,, should I just leave to drop , I've usually cut off by now , and keep seed dont really need the seeds dont even know if they would take ideas

Just cut the heads off once they're finished flowering, if you don't want the seeds.

I started them off with one of those weedy roots in a bag about 5 years ago I've dug them out and spread them about a bit  wish though I could stop someone's cat pooping in the middle of each clump.
