I turned my allotment over last year Before I plant my potatoes Will I need to turn it over again thanks

It all depends weather you do the no dig approach and weather etc but I do dig mine over before planting they like a bit of nice lose soil

If the soil is still quite loose then no.  If it has compacted down then yes.

I lifted the covers on my potato bed yesterday and was surprised how soft the soil was underneath. I just moved the top about to loosen it, to help it dry.
Assuming of course we get any dry days  ::)
