Noticed my local Tesco are currently doing a half price on all home brew kits, managed to pick up a woodforde's wherry for only £10 earlier today, may be worth a trip to your local store and stock up, hate to plug Tesco under most circumstances, but I feel this time its worth it.

is that from a big store?

My local is a new Tesco Extra and it looks as if they are stopping the homebrew range. All the equipment was removed from the shelves and then the kits were put on at less than half price. I got the last Woodfordes Wherry for 9 quid, a Coopers Irish stout for £4.99, Coopers English bitter for £4.99 and 9 Geordie Yorkshire bitters at £5.69 each.
That's me stocked up for a few weeks...................... hic!

Yes with two floors. I've been back this morning and asked customer services the reason for the sale. They have discontinued the homebrew.

I drove to a Tesco extra today, only 8 miles away.
No stock, but the department manager told me it was a "Seasonal" item, and also said they didn't sell many, I said that if they advertised them they might!
