Strange egg's any idea's ?

Maybe add your own crushed and sterilised egg shell to the oyster grit? Just to get plenty of calcium in there...

There are lots of reasons why a hen could lay odd shaped and soft eggs, one of which could be her age. Other possible causes are stress or a challenge to the normal lifestyle. Birds that are overweight can also lay odd shaped eggs, as do those suffering from Infectious Bronchitis (but symptoms would be obvious if the latter were the case).
Oviduct problems could be an underlying reason for continuing soft shelled eggs - which again may be related to her age if she is coming off the lay.
I'm no expert, but this is just stuff I've picked up over the years
