My hens are Henrietta, Charlotte, Constance, Beatrice, Eugenie and Victoria.  We have 4 White Sussex chicks that are Florence, Prudence, Josephine and Isabella.  Our cockerel (only bought on Saturday) hasn't got a definite name but likely to be Napoleon, Leopold or Albert.

Our ducks are Peter, Blaze and Lucy (named by the grandchildren) and the turkeys are Sage, Onion and Cranberry.

And finally - the dog is Roxy!
2 German Shepherds, Kira & Bruin, 4 hybrid chicks Chryssie, Violet, Sweet Pea and Astra.

Our chooks are Gladys, Edna, Matilda, Agatha (Aggie), Beryl and Imelda.  The chicks are Delilah and Poulet Noir.

The cats are Pebbles, Henry, Monty and Evie.

So no really strange names really.  I do love funny names, either intentionally as pets are named or sometimes unfortunate names parents bestow on their children when they should really know better.

My brother used to work with a chap who's other half's maiden name was Lee.  Her first name is Norma.  Oh dear!

I have one called Barry and another called Doug.  The morale of this story is never trust kids to name animals, and yes, they do know that they're girls.

We once had a border collie called Bunny and a rabbit called Collie thanks to letting our daughter name them :nowink:

My 3 older hens are called keeff short for kentucky fried chicken, (name given by son), Clarissa and Henrietta, the 3 younger ones are chuck (short for Charlotte) peewit and tufty (cream legbars). The legbars are usually called The Wimps as they run away from everything.
