The flowers look like Capers, but I'm not sure if the leaves are right  :unsure:

That has triggered something in my memory bank,   I think you are right, Myrtle comes back to me  :D  It is in my daughters garden, but I might invest in one, it is very pretty.    Many thanks,  Mrs Bouquet
