what leaves can be eaten?? ie. beetroot

Hi all, i was just reading a post that said that beetroot leaves taste really good either baked or raw in a salad. i had no idea, so i was wondering what else is there that i could eat that would normally get chucked away .

When its time to pinch out the tops of broad bean plants ,these are very nice , cook like spinach.

radish leaves
chickpea leaves
black eyed bean leaves
garden huckleberry leaves
onion stalks ( :lol:)
probably the list is endless.
One kid is handful. Two kids.... Example for chaos theory. Hats off to my mum who managed three...

pea tips can be eaten in a salad just don't take too many from any 1 plant ;)

Might be a daft question ... what about sprout leaves , my spouts are over 2 ft high and the leafs look like cabbage ones , they are soooooooo green and look inviting  :)
