Chilli Ristra

Hi all,

Just a quick question really.

I have loads of chillis and have manufactured 6 or 7 chilli ristras after taking advice from this site - there are hanging in my greenhouse.
BUT my plastic green house looks like it has been attacked by an alligator after the winds last night.

So my question is, can i move the ristras into my garage and hang up in there or does it need to be some where warm.

I usually just hang a ristra in the kitchen, but I would have thought that air is as important as heat and its not cold yet, so your garage will probably be OK.

I hang mine on a curtain pole on a sunny window.

I hung mine in my airing cupboard last year

I just hang them up in the kitchen and they last the year round
