Perhaps he should have sowed 80, just in case.

Like Pipfit I've used Moles Seeds in the past and been really pleased with the results as well.  Plenty of seed and good quality too.  I had spaghetti squash and black kale from them last.  Both excellent

So.  Opened packet of Unwins Lark Sweetcorn, avg contents 30.  22 seeds only.  By my estimation that's a reduction of 27% equation to about 54p on a packet costing 1.99.  Obviously as the seeds are quite big it should be obvious to the packer (person or machine?) that there isn't 30.  Apart from the cost, it means I will now have to buy another packet if I want to fill the bed with plants as I was planning.  Can't remember where I bought them so might try an email to Unwins but without a receipt don't hold out much hope.  So annoying!

So emailed Unwins, got a reply in a couple of days and today received to National Garden Gift vouchers (from Westland, didn't realise till now they are one and the same company) to the value of £2, the cost of the packet of seeds.  Yes it's only a couple of quid but with making the point I think.  A result!
