water charges allotments

in hull we have started to pay £ 5-00 per plot for water ,

its a 26 acre site in newland avenue with 206 x 250 sq yrd plots , there are 16 water troughs to mains water on site , the water is turned off in november and reconnected in march ,

myself , i have 2 x 250 sq yrd plots and think that the extra £10-00 im charged is good value,
