These





They must be slimline because they are nice enough to eat on thier own - no potatoes, chips, pasta etc.
They were made at about 7pm tonight, one link went in the rayburn to check them out - they passed the test and another link is in the rayburn now - the rest have gone in the freezer to be taken to the cider weekend BBQ  

Billy Bull Beef - about 6lb
Belly pork - about 1lb
tomato puree - full tube
pepper - half a pot
salt - 3-4 tablespoons
thyme - half a pot
piri piri mix - half a pot
apples - 2
onions -4
brown bread crumbs - 6 rounds of bread liquidised

took about 1/2 an hour to make!

and that is that  :lol:

We just hang them for half an hour or so to dry off. :D

One winter we are going to make Chorizos. Havent got around to it yet.
